This piece was referenced from a photograph that I shot while exploring Morocco for 6 months. As I was setting up to take this shot, I noticed the lighting and the position of the subject was darker than I would have liked, just a few minutes into setting up I heard in the distance the rumble of an engine. Not far down the road I could see the lights of an oncoming vehicle so I waited, just as a taxi passed me, I took the shot! The odd coloring came from the glow of the yellow light that the taxi created as it passed. The timing was everything for this one shot.
